Please ensure that all of the following conditions are met to achieve 4K@60Hz output: [A] Use an HDMI to HDMI 2.0/2.1 cable shorter than 15 feet. [B] Manually debug into desktop mode and set 4K@60Hz output. [C] Set 4K@60Hz output in-game.

For the ROG Ally X, it must be used without a protective case. For other models, ensure their protective cases do not exceed 2 millimeters in thickness.

The ROG Ally 30W Turbo Mode is fully supported with a 100W power charger. Do not use HDMI to DisplayPort cables or adapters.

If you need to use an HDMI switch (the 8K one is better), ensure the HDMI cable at both ends does not exceed 6.6 feet.

We recommend connecting your Power Adapter (45W and above) while docking your Steam Deck to ensure stable operation of the output video and external devices.

When running big games, too high image quality can put a large burden on the Steam Deck, which may not be capable of handling such high power consumption. You can reduce the game's picture quality appropriately to reduce the latency of the external device during the game.
